i was very surprised at how easy to use the Autoplicity website is. i had made an wrong entry in the shipto address and the customer service people were very helpful to get it corrected. I found the best price online on exactly what I wanted. Great site, great service. i will definitely shop here again.

I did receive the parts I ordered in a timely manner. I was not given a confirmation number so I didn't know when to expect my delivery other then that my experience was good.

There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. My only complaint is it took almost 2 weeks for shipping, but it did ship directly from the manufacturer so I can't say that's entirely the fault of Autoplicity.<br><br>Order #28295 on 08/26/2012
