I just finished a transaction with this company and decided to write my very first post, based upon my experience with them. To be honest, a few short hours ago I was wary of how this would turn out. There had been a miscommunication with shipping and it started to go down hill. Lo and behold, something happened that is rare today. The company, from top to bottom put all of their efforts together, communicated with me even during a Holiday and rectified the situation. Not only would I recommend Autoplicity to others but implore potential customers to use them confidently. Product was the cheapest I could find. One other store was cheaper but did not have my product in stock. Autoplicity shipped within 2 days and the product arrived as described. I am happy with my purchase and would do business with Autoplicity again. The only thing I marked them on was that I wish they shipped within 1 day instead of 2.
