Had what I needed

Im very upset. I ordered the part friday because i needed it by monday. I recieved the email saying my order is being processed blah blah orders may take 1 to 3 days to be shipped. When shipped i was suppose to recieve tracking number through email. I didnt recieve the email friday so i figured it wasnt going to be shipped until monday meani ng i wouldnt recieve it till tuesday. I ordered my part through acura because it was an emergency situation. Got the car finished by sunday. So i called first thing monday to cancel the order only to have customer service tell me it would be at my house that day. One email put me in a hole and now i have this part that i no longer need. Customer service told me to refuse the package when it got to my house. I read on the site package refuse would result in a no refund. So its bad im not getting back my shipping, i wasnt going to get my refund. So i kept the part and made note that i will never refer anyone to this site. I was going to purchase other parts from this site but after my expreriance and those from others like me i rather not. Ill just stick with rockauto.com.....
