Great overall, would be nice to see a diagram for the car I'm looking at.. helps find the part i'm after. Would be nice to see shipping calculated prior to choosing the payment type.. shipping is part of the decision to buy... payment is after deciding to buy.

I find it sad that your company does what appears to be common place now a days. During the order process you make it seem you have the item and then after I paid with my CC I receive an e-mail days later stating some of the order is not in stock and you will refund me money of mine you kept for days. Most of the respectable sites I use tell me right up front if they have the items in stock or not.
