Google search found the item I was looking for on the Autoplicity website. Item was cheaper than anyplace else. Ordering was easy using Amazon ID.

Autoplicity won my loyalty as a customer on two separate counts. Firstly, I am always researching the web for the lowest possible price on an item even while I am in the process of actually ordering it. I had filled in all of my info on their order page and had competed almost everything required concerning making this order. All that was left to do was my clicking of the final 'link' actually confirming the order. At this point I totally stopped and looked elsewhere on the web. A couple of hours later I came back to my computer and was surprised to see an email from Autoplicity asking me why I hadn't fully completed my order and offering me 3% off the purchase price if I would complete it. I immediately finished and submitted the order without hesitation. Secondly, a day or so after I had made the order, I received another email from Autoplicity offering me an additional $5.00 rebate if I wrote a review of my experience with them. Do you think they really want me as a customer? YOU BET!! I like companies that do business like this. They know how to make and keep loyal customers.

I RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE WITH AUTOPLICITY. THERE WAS AN ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT SAID OUT OF STOCK SO I CALLED AND ASKED WHEN THEY WOULD BE GETTING MORE AND THEY GUY WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFULL. NOT TOO MENTION THE PRICE WAS WAY BELOW THEIR COMPETITORS. I WOULD RECOMMENT AUTOPLICITY TO ANYONE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The ordering process was simple and user friendly. The pricing was the lowest I could find for a brand new AMP Powerstep for my Ford F150. The tracking number was provided and the item is scheduled for FedEx ground delivery in 3-days.

Best price that I could find. It was real easy to order. Placed order on wed received it on Friday, doesn't get much better than that. They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Beware :(<br>3/20/2012<br>OK, Update number 3.<br>Received E-mail today saying that Autoplicity would now Not Charge Me a 15% restocking fee and they were sorry for the inconvenience.
