In leaf spring-type suspensions there are significant forces focused on the pivot points and shackles. For this reason, it is imperative to replace the soft, blown-out OEM rubber bushings with PROTHANE premium grade polyurethane omponents. I love the mop I received. Good product. Only thing I was disappointed in was that I couldn't just order the mop head part. I have an older mop and wanted to just order a replacement mop head as the old one was wore out but handle still good. Hopefully you will make mop head available for purchase?

I hope I receive the part fast as well. **Update** Wrong parts were sent and after contacting customer service I requested to send the wrong part back in exchange for the correct ones but was told that they were out of the correct part and to keep the wrong part. There was no need to return wrong parts. I am torn in my rating because I needed the correct part but Autoplicity did everything they could and I have since ordered from a different site. Thanks.
