These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

It's also nice that you can use something like Google Checkout instead of having to create an account at Autoplicity to checkout...one less account/password to worry about keeping track of.
