Good selection, easy installation. The only problem was the stake pocket bolts for my 2015 F150 had to be modified. They were too long. Not sure why. I was positive that I selected that year when I ordered.

I was asked if the product I was purchasing was needed by a specific date in order to complete a project on time. Autoplicity responded and had the product to me a day earlier than I asked for without additional cost to me. I will order from them again.

I ordered this product and Wednesday in the morning and it was on my door step Thursday morning with regular shipping. The ordering process was super easy and the price was $35 cheaper than any other online retailer. The Rack is awesome, easy to assemble took me about 20 minutes by myself, put on my jeep hooked up the bikes and off I went, fantastic design, I highly recommend the Rola NV2 bike rack and highly recommend Autoplicity
