Good price, the item was drop-shipped from the manufacture. I ordered it on a Friday and I got an e-mail on tuesday saying it was shipped.

Easy enough until it came to payment. "Check out with Amazon, it'll be faster." It wasn't.

I ordered a Thule 9002 Raceway Bike Carrier on Sunday, April 8 and received the product by Fedex on Wednesday, April 11 with just regular shipping. That is fast service. And the price was $43 cheaper than any other site on the internet (including shipping). I haven't had a chance to use the bike carrier yet but it appears to be new and as advertised with no issues as of this writing. I would definitely recommend this retailer for your next purchase. I loved the low prices and shipping is fast it only took about 4 days to get my parts. The thing that really makes me want to buy again is the customer service, I actually got to talk to a real person when I called!
