Ordered these pads from another source & it was cancelled stating unavailable. Autoplicity has the same part, a bit more $ but they have the part I need and that is what counts. Thanks Autoplicity! You have my business!

I ordered from Autoplicity because they had the Rancho shocks I wanted cheaper then anyone else I could find. They even beat all of the prices from my local stores. Great communication as they sent emails at every stage of the order and shipping process. I will be ordering from them again when I get to my next project.

Initially I was somewhat disappointed with this site's turnaround between the purchase and shipping dates  (aprox 3 days) on my merchandise. After vocalizing about the issue autoplicity's customer service actually approached me to correct the problem. With other such issues from other online stores I have had to track down someone to contact for help and then go through an ordeal to obtain assistance.  I would use this site again based solely on their proactive service.

Hi - I just want to say what a great job your customer service person - Rob Fratu did for me.  I purchased a set of Mickey Thompson Indy tires thru Autoplicity's internet site.  To my misfortune; the tires were out-of date (manuf. in 2005)when they were shipped from the warehouse. One of the tires immediately began to split around the outerside wall once it was mounted.  I emailed pictures to Rob ; and he took care of the entire situation and got 100% of my purchase refunded to me.<br>I want to thank Rob for all his assistance and for Autoplicity for taking care of the customer and standing behind their business!!  I must admit - I was a little worried and expected the worst? thanks again - best regards - Willis Hiscock
