Very happy with my order with Autoplicity. Hands down the best price on brake pads that I could find. One set took a little longer to arrive since the manufacturer was to send them out, but a call to customer service yielded an explanation and a few days later they were on my door step.

Had a little trouble adjusting the number of parts to order. Once on Amazon payment it wasn't intuitive on how to correct the quantity. I called tech services and they got me there quickly. Thanks.

Unbeliveable customer service and super fast shipping. I had a question about my order and I was able to use the online chat function to instantly connect with a customer service agent that was quick to answer all my questions regarding my order.
