My initial review was 1 star because I ordered a Thule rooftop cargo box, but cancelled the order after Autoplicity called me about collecting extra money to ship the item after their website did not charge me enough for shipping. After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website. This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion. I have yet to receive the item but commend Autoplicity's customer service

It went well expect for the option with paying with Amazon. I was not able to use this option and had to pay with my credit card.

I wanted to order a couple of difficult to find accessories for my new Jeep Wrangler. Autoplicity not only had the items I was looking for, but had them at a very reasonable price.
