Good shopping experience and customer service, but I need to return one item. I started the "return process" on Ebay a few days ago but have not heard back from Autoplicity.com yet about how to return the item. Turns out that the part ordered does not fit, which is not any fault of your company, but of the manufacture who gave me the wrong part number. Find it interesting that a manufacturer of parts can not match parts to my van, even after several phone calls to confirm before ordering.

Fast shipping and saved $60 on a $399 item. However you have to verify your part #'s with the vendor. The part discription on autoplicity sometimes is not what you get. I ordered an item that said it was an O2 plug and bung but when it showed up it was just the bung plug sold separate and customer service basically said it was my bad for not checking for a more accurate discription on the Allstar web site.
