Muffler wasnt shipped in a box but it didn't seem to be damaged. Just made fed ex guy mad. Shipped fast parts fit good.

I knew what I wanted, yet you don't provide much info on this product. You might make more sales if you informed the consumer of the part details.

Update:
Upon receipt of shipping confirmation email I received a tracking number but no ETA date or time and no apparent way to find this information so I could arrange for somebody to be present to receive item. I reached out to customer service through email and never received any form of response beyond auto reply that my inquiry was received and a ticket number was assigned. Fortunately delivery did work out with my schedule and driver was very professional and helpful.
I would order from autoplicity again in the hopes my inquiry had just slipped through the cracks and future orders would have some form of ETA when and if a person is required to be present for delivery.
Time of order, to shipping, to receipt of product was very quick (within a week).

It was a good price with fast delivery. They had the lowest price I found. My only comment was the shipping cost was more then I expected.
