I ordered a set of inner tie rods for my car from Autoplicity and found their prices to be the lowest online for the brand I was looking for. Items were ship out in 2 business days from the original manufacturer. Shipping prices were kind of on the expensive end considering the package size and weight so if Autoplicity adjust their shipping prices to be more competitive, I think their service and pricing would be hard to beat!

Found the item via Amazon, at a lower price than Amazom, and Paid via my Amazon account. Quick, easy, and less expensive. I shall return!

Nice Store. Best price on the product I was looking for. Received my item within a week. But online order status wasn't updated until the day I received the item. I was ready to call the store to find out if something is wrong with my order. This part could be improved. Otherwise I'm happy and definitely be back in the future.

excellent company with great prices and even better customer service. my order arrived, and too my surprise i found that it was not the product i had ordered. the customer service was prompt and i was informed that unknown to autoplicity, the product i ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and what i recieved was their replacement. this was all unknown to autoplicity and they apoligized sincerely and have rectified the issue very much to my satifaction. the product itself arrived in perfect condition and meets or exceeds my expectations. i will look forward to shopping with autoplicity again due to their great prices and excellent customer service.
