Autoplicity had the item I wanted at a cheaper price than anybody online or in stores. They didn't have the item in stock, but they were very informative as to the status of my item. They have shown unheard of customer service via email since the inception of my order. I will definitely do business with them again.

Recently placed an order for some head studs for my car. They were much less expensive at autoplicity than elsewhere. I was surprised I hadn't heard anything back after a couple days, but was reassured that orders are processed within 24 business hours (3 days), not 24 hours (which I misread in my confirmation email). Just received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number today.

Ordered a Thule ski rack. Best price on the web. Prompt delivery as promised, however, did not get shipping email and tracking no until after delivery was already made. The customer service that I experienced trying to get info on delivery was less than desirable. Four stars o ly.
