Very fast shipping and product was secure in package to avoid damage....will be ordering from autoplicity again for sure. Also the price could not be beat.

Ordered a Thule Bike Rack from Autoplicity and was greatly pleased with the price. It was the best on the internet. There was an issue with the shipment of the item and some confusion but this was resolved in a professional manner by a customer service manager. Overall, I'm pleased I got a deal.
