Overall very satisfied. However, the workmanship of the product I chose, Dorman Headlight Switch Knob PN-76872, could have been better. Attention to manufacturing details is needed for aesthetic reason. (I do NOT blame on Autoplicity.

I paid for 2nd day shipping and 5 days later they were shipped out. So, I should receive my rotors in a full week from when I paid for 2 day shipping. I called customer service and they discounted the shipping rate to ground service. At least they were polite and helpful in the phone.
