Exactly as expected, no complaints, there was some kind of delay in shipping for a few days which was annoying as I received no communication or notification of why. But once I called it was shipped out the next day and tracking info was emailed and I had it a few days later. Customer service was very friendly and helpful as well, ill use autoplicity again.
