Recent purchased new Hawk HPS brakes for my 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track.<br><br>The order was processed quickly, packaged very well, and was the correct items I had ordered. <br><br>Not only did I experiece great customer service and quick shipping/processing, Autoplicity also had the LOWEST price of any vendors for these parts I could find online.<br><br>Great service + Great pricing = Match made in heaven!

Order confirmation was unclear. It did not provide the carrier or a tracking number that was recognized by USPS, UPS, of FedEx. Used contact form on website to request clarification, but received no reply. Order took a little longer than expected to ship,

This was my first order with Autoplicity. Their prices were great, and the ordering process very easy. I was a little frustrated at first, as the order didn't arrive as expected. When I called, it took a little work, but I finally got the info that it was shipping from the manufacturer, and did get the tracking info. The parts arrived when tracking said it should. Would I place another order with Autoplicity? Short answer is yes!
