Excellent Service! Product shipped out the day after being processed and was sent via overnight delivery. Autoplicity also offered the lowest cost available for the product online.

After shopping around for a specific cargo carrier, Autoplicity had the best total price by over $50 and great ratings, so I gave them a try. I received the SportRack Aero XL - A90275 last Thursday and am VERY impressed with their price and service. The cargo carrier arrived quickly (ordered Sat, rec'd Thurs) and in fine shape. I will recommend Autoplicity to my friends, and plan to shop with them for my future automotive needs.

Very poor info on shipping. Order was sent in 2 separate shipments, but tracking notice indicated everything was sent in one shipment. When I received 1/2 of my order I called & was put on hold for over 20 minutes. The world's WORST music on hold.... Good prices though.

Ordered a K&N cold air intake for my 2010 ford focus in hopes to add a little horsepower and mpg. Well, autoplicity has great customer service and my part arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Very pleased with autoplicity, will be going back for my future purchases, you can't beat their prices and service!
