Great communication, Great prices! They beat all the competitors hands down on price for my cold air intake order #18986. Quick shipping and they are now in my favorites for places to look for automobile needs. The only thing I would like to see them change is the speed of their website.

Best price that I could find. It was real easy to order. Placed order on wed received it on Friday, doesn't get much better than that. Product looks great! <br>3/16/2012<br>Ok, product was to big for my setup needed to exchange for smaller product. They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Beware :(<br>3/20/2012<br>OK, Update number 3.<br>Received E-mail today saying that Autoplicity would now Not Charge Me a 15% restocking fee and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I found Autoplicity on a well known online vendor and the experiance was excellent so now I just go straight to autoplicity.com directly my last order (17805) was for some parts for my very modifide Jeep and two things stood out, the price and shipping, both were top shelf and above my expectations. Now when I need parts I check autoplicity.com first. They are my #1 now.<br>
