Very pleased with the ordering process. Did lots of research on the product I ordered and autoplicity was able to beat the price of any local carrier of this product by $80. Even better that they offered free shipping because it is a heavy item.

Grea price: better than recreation or outdoor chains' sale price. Snafu with shipping, paid for 2-day but got std. Cust service happily refunded the shipping charge so I'm happy.
