A great place from which to order! I ordered a solar panel battery charger on Wednesday and it showed up on Friday. Can't get stuff any quicker than that!

This was my first experience ordering from Autoplicity. The ordering process was easy, I got the parts that I wanted at the best price I could find, and they came quickly. I can't ask for more than that.

Customer service was great. FEDEX Freight had damaged my order and they sent another one. I have no complaints and will do buisiness again with Autoplicity.

I ordered a pair of products from Autoplicity and one of them was defective. It was no fault of there's and they handled it with a return postage slip and immediate credit on my card. Very nice to deal with and fast service.

I received my Corsa exhaust for my Sequoia today; I had issues with Autoplicity with regard to the order/availability which once brought to their attention was rectified; in the end I had to wait a little longer than expected to receive my order but it was resolved and hopefully the management learned something from this experience.
