Was cheaper than any other place I could find on the parts I needed. Online store is set up very well, and when I called to confirm stock, I was pleasantly surprised to speak with someone quickly who I could actually understand and converse with. Made a hard to find part easy.When I received the part it looked like a return from the tape job on the box. Part looked new but handled in an attempted install way of appearance. I'm sure it'll be fine.

They had the best price on a hitch I was looking for and the shipping was fast also. The hitch was shipped bare except for taping the box of bolts to it thus leaving the hitch open and chipping the paint/powdercoating in quite a few places which I had to touch up before installing.
