Customer service and ease of order placement with Autoplicity.com was everything is should have been. I had a question and my call was promptly answered and I was given great customer service not to mention their great pricing!

I ordered a pair of products from Autoplicity and one of them was defective. It was no fault of there's and they handled it with a return postage slip and immediate credit on my card. Very nice to deal with and fast service.

Fast shipping and saved $60 on a $399 item. However you have to verify your part #'s with the vendor. The part discription on autoplicity sometimes is not what you get. I ordered an item that said it was an O2 plug and bung but when it showed up it was just the bung plug sold separate and customer service basically said it was my bad for not checking for a more accurate discription on the Allstar web site.
