These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

I had never heard of Autoplicity before placing this order. I found Autoplicity via Google and decided I'd give them a try as they were the cheapest option. <br>Autoplicity did have the lowest price. The order was shipped promptly and got to me 2 days after ordering and the next day after it was shipped. I am very happy with this purchasing experience and would purchase from Autoplicity again without any hesistation.<br>
