This is my second purchase from Autoplicity and both purchases were very fast and the shipping is super fast. communication was excellent as well, I will definetly recommend them for any purchases.

I paid for 2nd day shipping and 5 days later they were shipped out. So, I should receive my rotors in a full week from when I paid for 2 day shipping. I called customer service and they discounted the shipping rate to ground service. At least they were polite and helpful in the phone.

Good price on parts, easy searching with Google Shopping, easy Checkout with Google Checkout. Wish the order shipped a day sooner. Called the 1-800 numnber, I get a little worried sometimes ordering car parts online - some sellers are bogus. But they answered the phone quickly and with a person in the US, not a machine or someone in another country.

I looked around for the best peice for a set of Sparco seats. I found them on autoplicity much cheaper then anywhere else. I figured it would take a few days to ship, but by the time i decided to call for a tracking #, I got an email with tracking # and that my seat was all ready to be delivered the next day. They didnt ship together because they were out of stock for a day or 2. I called about my other seat a few days later and it was already delivered at my door. Any future purchases will be checked with autoplicity 1st.

Autoplicity offered the best internet price, and utilized Paypal for guaranteed customer service. Shipping tracking through UPS is accurate and customer focused. I'm very pleased with the retail experience, and will use Autoplicity on future orders and best prices.
