My initial review was 1 star because I ordered a Thule rooftop cargo box, but cancelled the order after Autoplicity called me about collecting extra money to ship the item after their website did not charge me enough for shipping. After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website. This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion. I have yet to receive the item but commend Autoplicity's customer service

paid for 2 day shipping i believe the shipping company screwed up but i needed it asap and it took to long missed my deadline. otherwise no complaints great product

Easy to use website. Great prices. Fast shipping. Secure payment options. The only thing was their lack of follow up with the process. Checking the status of the order(9320) yielded no change, as far as when shipped and when eta would be. But regardless it came as expected and in great condition. Thx!!!!!

Wow I love the race ramps I bought for my 2009 dodge challenger srt8 I used Thelm to change the oil 2 days after I got Thelm and they worked great I have extra clearance I wouldnt think of any other place for my parts gas shipping great prices and great shipping prices I'm a very happy customer
