I saw you are a seller on Amazon for an item I wanted to buy, and I looked up your name to see where you are shipping out of and if you have a website. I called to double check that the rotors I wanted were actually in stock and not to be drop-shipped from the manufacturer like most other places I'd looked. (In the past I've waited more than a week several times to get EBC brake parts.) The phone lady let me know that you actually did have them in stock, and asked my for the car information to confirm fitment. I also just ordered from your site instead of ordering thru amazon.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to use the EBC brake catalog to look up exactly which part number rotors I needed, because the website made it slightly unclear as there were multiple options. Only 1 option in the EBC catalog so I'm not sure how the differences came about.

Autoplicity IT help desk was great in getting the order done. I had problems with my computer and the IT person worked things out so the order could be processed.
