Service was fast, shipping was fast, price was very reasonable. There was a problem with the item and I am contacting them today about it. I will let you know how it goes. The keys do not fit one of the locks.

You can tell customer service is important to this company. Not only were the prices lower than other places but they communicate the status of the order and shipping very well. They obviously care what people think. I was suspicious of all the positive comments but decide to try them anyways. Very happy I did and definitely plan on buying from them again.

Great price - even with shipping price was still 10% less than the lowest price I found with "free" shipping. Great communication and fast shipping. Glad I found the site!
