I pieced a roof rack setup from all over the internet, and Autoplicity consistently beat every other vendor on price and shipping, even most auctions on eBay!<br>I found the site confusing when searching for items directly (why was the "Roof Racks & Cargo Carriers" dropdown empty, when Google showed their ads for tons of these products?). Since they always came up at the top of a Google Shopping search for products, using their website's internal navigation wasn't ever necessary.<br>Customer service guy was a little snippy, but I could have just been interrupting his lunch.

My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).

Extremely satisfied with my transaction with Autoplicity. Item was shipped out almost immediately after I paid. Customer support responded very quickly and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. Will definitely be shopping here in the future.
