Your competitive pricing won my business through the internet and I wasn't disappointed. The price was great ( about 1/2 MSRP) and item was shipped very quickly. No backorder problems here! I was impressed with the quality of my H pipe and with the packaging.

Initially I was somewhat disappointed with this site's turnaround between the purchase and shipping dates (aprox 3 days) on my merchandise. After vocalizing about the issue autoplicity's customer service actually approached me to correct the problem. With other such issues from other online stores I have had to track down someone to contact for help and then go through an ordeal to obtain assistance. I would use this site again based solely on their proactive service.

Great service! Shipping was fast and got here on time. Had to return an item because I accidentally ordered an extra of something I didn't need. The customer service was good, they responded to my email quickly and took care of everything.
