Great service, I had a few questions about the part numbers and description, the sales guy work hard to answer.
The pictures, we're not what I wanted, I ordered with a bit of speculation on what I would get and when my stuff arrived, ( in 2 days

Almost a perfect score! I was pleased with the customer service but knowledge about their products warranties was lacking. Other than that, the representative that I spoke with on the phone was great. He was friendly and had a good overall knowledge of the products I was asking about. Pointed me in the right direction because I couldn't be happier with my bike rack. They had the best prices, lowest shipping costs, and my order arrived a day early. Great website to work with. I will definitely be doing business again and spreading the word about Autoplicity.com.
