Great customer service and support. a live person answered the phone and was able to reccomend the correct product for my vehicle. Best price online too........i woould most absolutely use them again! Great company!

The price as well as the turn time for receiving my product was great. I placed an order late Sunday evening and I have received my order by Wednesday of that week. I still can't get over how great the price was for the bike rack I ordered compared to all of the other sites out there.

I was a little concerned at first. They advertise same-day order processing, and they said my part was in stock. However, my order took three business days (plus the weekend) to finally ship. As long as the right part arrives, I'll be happy. The price was $100 less than everywhere else, so that can't be beat.

Great experience! I placed my order on Sunday and my programmer arrived on Thursday - with ground shipping. I unpacked the programmer and it functioned exactly as I had hoped. I will definitely consider purchasing from Autoplicity again!
