The one star for customer service is not necessarily anyone's fault. I received 1/2 of my order, sent in a request for information on the other 1/2 but never received a reply. However, the rest of the order did show up the next day

I'm a new customer to Autoplicity and I just bought a Thule Bicycle Rack for a great price!! Autoplicity had a great price that didn't even compare to other websites prices.
