The one star for customer service is not necessarily anyone's fault. I received 1/2 of my order, sent in a request for information on the other 1/2 but never received a reply. However, the rest of the order did show up the next day

I ordered an AEM intake from Autoplicity because they had the best prices but it was on backorder from AEM. Autoplicity emailed me to let me know right away and sent me a confirmation when it was back in stock. I'll be shopping here again!

I was very impressed by their website and it was very easy to find what I was looking for. My husband was so excited to get his cold air intake and it was cheaper than anywhere else!
