These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Could not find the part I was looking for at any other 4x4 website. Found it here and it was cheaper than almost every other place. Since I saved some I went ahead and paid the extra for 2-day shipping and still came out on top price wise. Definitely will be checking here again for parts for my Jeep!

Placed my order for my K&N CAI on saturday, but didnt have enough cash so the order finalized on sunday morning. Autoplicity provided excellent service via phone and I should be receiving my CAI later today!!!! Super Stoked. Thank you Autoplicity for providing good service!!<br>Will buy from this site again!!
