Autoplicity was the only place that had my part in stock, and I could see a live up to date number of stock for my item. Everywhere else I looked was going to be 2 weeks to 1 month before they could even ship my item, and autoplicity had 7 of them in stock! Fast easy PayPal checkout too! Awesome experience! These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Ordering was easy, over the phone or online i was able to find all my parts on Autoplicity conveniently and my order was shipped out in a timely manner. I had concerns that were tended to by a quick phone call and great customer services reps.

Placed my order for my K&N CAI on saturday, but didnt have enough cash so the order finalized on sunday morning.
