This is my first experience ordering from Autoplicity. I was searching for tires online and found that tire rack and Big O tires both listed the size/brand that I needed as out of stock. Auto closely said that they had many in stock and at the best prices. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them within 2 to 3 days. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future.

Almost a perfect score! I was pleased with the customer service but knowledge about their products warranties was lacking. Other than that, the representative that I spoke with on the phone was great. He was friendly and had a good overall knowledge of the products I was asking about. Pointed me in the right direction because I couldn't be happier with my bike rack. They had the best prices, lowest shipping costs, and my order arrived a day early. Great website to work with. I will definitely be doing business again and spreading the word about Autoplicity.com.
