insufficient info presented. Before confirming payment needed to make sure part fit proper side. Info not provided had to call in waited ten minutes. Also when choosing paypal payment it wouldn't transfer. had to log off twice before final completion.

I paid for 2nd day shipping and 5 days later they were shipped out. So, I should receive my rotors in a full week from when I paid for 2 day shipping. I called customer service and they discounted the shipping rate to ground service. At least they were polite and helpful in the phone.

By far the lowest price i've seen on the web for what i have been trying to get, the Injen SRI for my juke. Great price fast shipping! Ill buy all my car stuff here from now on.
