I just finished a transaction with this company and decided to write my very first post, based upon my experience with them. To be honest, a few short hours ago I was wary of how this would turn out. There had been a miscommunication with shipping and it started to go down hill. Lo and behold, something happened that is rare today. The company, from top to bottom put all of their efforts together, communicated with me even during a Holiday and rectified the situation. Not only would I recommend Autoplicity to others but implore potential customers to use them confidently. great ordering process. Just waiting for product to arrive.

5 minute ordering process, faster than going to the auto parts house. Everything went as Autoplicity indicated. I ordered on Saturday, order was processed on Monday, item was shipped on Wednesday(tracking info for UPS was emailed on Wednesday), item was received on Friday. Seven day process to save around 30$ on an 120$ part. I highly recommend their service.
If it is your only vehicle you may need to hitch a ride to the parts house and pay more rather than wait the seven or so days.
