Good shopping experience and customer service, but I need to return one item. Rather amazing and uneventful service in this day and age. Ordered a Thule bike rack for my Nissan Murano. It was in stock (unusual for high-end specialty products), shipped the next day, and was on my doorstep in a few days (excellent for a 60 lb. large box). I'd buy anything from these people without any reservation. AND, your order is insured - completely superfluous. Oh, and did I mention, the lowest price I could find ANYWHERE, and not by a few dollars - a lot.

I was a bit concerned buying from a online retailer I had not done business with before, but Autoplicity is now on my list of preferred vendors. I was sure there would be some problem, as the part I ordered was $73 cheaper than anywhere else online (too good to be true). Well, the part arrived super fast, and was exactly as I ordered. I did not hear from them immediately after ordering, but received confirmation and tracking info when the item shipped, which was two days after ordering. All in all, a great, money saving experience.<br><br>Update:<br>While I am still pleased with the service I received, I find it odd that Autoplicity emailed me and offered me a refund of $5 for writing a review. It has been a couple of weeks since I posted my review, and I have yet to see any credits on my credit card.

I saw nothing but good reviews and the money back guarantee, these together helped me finalize my decision to order from this site. I ordered just before the weekend started so I think it took my order a little longer to process. I was relieved to find that my order was shipped on the day I ordered it, It just took a little while for the email traffic to catch up. So far things have been good!!!
