The ordering process was pretty straight forward & simple. Searching for tires on the other hand was a bit more complicated, as the search filters didn't work so well. Shipping was fast, but there was a typo on the shipping label that caused a delay. This is what necessitated the call to customer service to correct that. Nothing bad, as we're only human, but was easily fixed with the phone call.

Excellent all the way around!!! I'll never waste time again with the frustration of shopping around only to find an inefficient web site or long shipping delays. I've been in the auto repair industry for 35 years. I highly recommend AUTOPLICITY.

<br><br>Borgeson 000940<br><br>I found Autoplicity during a price search on the Borgeson steering shaft for my truck. I had never heard of them, and was a bit skepticle. But after doing some research, found that Autoplicity has a good reputation on a Jeep forum I visit.<br><br>I decided to order, and I am impresed. Extremely fast shipping, I placed my order on Saturday, and its now Monday before noon. I am holding the new part!
