Autoplicity IT help desk was great in getting the order done. I had problems with my computer and the IT person worked things out so the order could be processed.

Everything was quick and easy. With discount for shipping, best price I could find on the internet.
EDIT: Only problem I had was that the two day express shipping I had was a day late. I also never received a tracking number before I called CS. That was quickly resolved though.
