Great experience the firat time ordering. The second time ordering, its already been a week past delivery date and still nothing. And for some reason instead of shipping tobmy state, the shipped from california to south carolina and im assuming they will be coming to me next

Your prices are lower but your shipping brings the total cost almost the same as Amazon. Fedex appears to take one to two days longer to complete delivery. I did not go for one shipping and overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and receipt which put the products at my door.

Update:
Upon receipt of shipping confirmation email I received a tracking number but no ETA date or time and no apparent way to find this information so I could arrange for somebody to be present to receive item. I reached out to customer service through email and never received any form of response beyond auto reply that my inquiry was received and a ticket number was assigned. Fortunately delivery did work out with my schedule and driver was very professional and helpful.
I would order from autoplicity again in the hopes my inquiry had just slipped through the cracks and future orders would have some form of ETA when and if a person is required to be present for delivery.
Time of order, to shipping, to receipt of product was very quick (within a week).
