These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

Autoplicity has the lowest prices.  My new shocks were shipped within 24 hours with UPS Ground tracking#.  Although I was expecting a closer warehouse than the San Diego one for my product to ship from (I'm in CT), I would still rate 8.5/10 stars.<br><br>     The prices were so low that I ordered struts the next day so that I could take advantage of the MONROE rebate by ordering a full set.  My MDX is sitting pretty and riding smooth once again.  Thanks, Autoplicity.<br>order#8137 & #8177

Great prices for the parts I needed to replace on my SUV, a bit hard to reach customer service when I had a question about the order.  When I finally did reach CS, question was answered without any issues, shipping costs seem a bit high.
