  Upon receipt of shipping confirmation email I received a tracking number but no ETA date or time and no apparent way to find this information so I could arrange for somebody to be present to receive item. I reached out to customer service through email and never received any form of response beyond auto reply that my inquiry was received and a ticket number was assigned. Fortunately delivery did work out with my schedule and driver was very professional and helpful.
  I would order from autoplicity again in the hopes my inquiry had just slipped through the cracks and future orders would have some form of ETA when and if a person is required to be present for delivery.
Time of order, to shipping, to receipt of product was very quick (within a week).

Found pics of louvers on a charger, thought it was pretty cool so I looked for some, found some, this site had lowest price so I bought me some.

Autoplicity has an abundance of name brand parts at unbeatable prices. Customer service was also great to deal with. Receipt and tracking info was provided promptly.
