As reported to Dawn in Customer Service: [1] Fedex bungled the delivery, letting the package sit for 3 rainy days outdoors in an unused area of the property and [2] the mufffler had a 1.5" inward dent. I provided 4 pictures and a full account of the 2 issues and asked for a cordial settlement in the form of an unspecified refund proportionate with those issues. Instead, I received an near-full refund. I was so impressed, I called and thanked Dawn for the exemplary handling of the matter. I gave a technical 3-star rating in regard to the product's condition. More importantly and except for that, I gave a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you.

Autoplicity has great prices and customer service. Shipping is fairly fast too. Ordered product on Monday and it was shipped on Wednesday. Will make future purchases with this company.
