I called the same day to change my shipping to receive my part faster and was told no changes to my order could be made. The part was ordered on a Friday and was not shipped till Tuesday . I seriously don't understand why a change could not be even checked on. Just received a hard 'no changes' statement. I would say everything else was great with purchase.

Not much to tell. I placed an order and received the proper part in a very short time. I would love for all my transactions to be this simple and satisfying. Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.
